Elle is a long time artist and advanced laser technician and safety officer. She has a diverse training background in graphic design, laser tattoo removal, saline removal, paramedical micropigmentation and is currently apprenticing under Ally as a tattoo artist.<\/p>\n

\n Can you remove dark coverup tattoos?

There is never 100% guarantee of full removal on any tattoo. It`s important to have realistic expectations especially when it comes to more complicated pieces. Multiple layers of dark tattoos take patience. Lots of patience and lots of time.
